Located on Kibbutz Mishmarot, Chef Opha Eldad Shmueli has mastered the art of yeast manipulation and dedicated a great deal of time to perfecting the art of baking sourdough bread. His focus is on returning to natural methods of cooking, using local ingredients. Even the location of the bakery is out of the main drag of industrial activity located on Kibbutz Mishmarot between Pardes Hanna and Caesarea. A boutique bakery they have Breads, pastries (sweet and salty), Sandwiches, cakes, cookies, and quiches. Basically everything under the baking sun. Even sufganiyot for Hanukkah.
